1) Pulmonary Function Tests(PFT) :
Pulmonary Function Tests or Lung Function Tests are noninvasive tests that show how well the lungs are working. The tests measure lung Volume, Capacity, rates of flow, and gas exchange.

It includes Following :-
A.Spirometry
B.Lung volume measurements
C.Diffusing capacity measurements, by CO diffusion
D. Post bronchodilator testing
E. Peak Expiratory Flow Rate measurement
F. Six minute walk test

2) Bronchoscopy :
A Bronchoscopy is an examination of breathing passages (airways) of your lungs. The Bronchoscopy is carried out with a thin tube-like Instrument that has a small camera at its tip, called a bronchoscope. the bronchoscope enable us to see inside the breathing passages of your lungs and , if needed, to take samples of mucus (phelgm) or tissue from inside your lungs.

A)Diagnostic:
1. Bronchial wash
2. Broncho-Alveolar Lavage
3. Brush Cytology
4. Conventional Trans-Bronchial Needle Aspiration (TBNA)
5. Trans-Bronchial Lung Biopsy (TBLB) – Conventional/Under Fluroscopy Guidance
6. Endobronchial biopsies

B)Therapeutic:
1. Removal of foreign body/Mucus plugs/Blood clot
2. Balloon Bronchoplasty
3. Airway Stenting
4. APC application

3)Sleep lab:
Sleep Study also called Polysomnography (PSG) is a test used to diagnose different type of sleep disorders. it measures how well you sleep and how your body responds to sleep treatments by recording your brain waves, the oxygen level in your blood, heart rates and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements. it monitors your sleep stages to identify if or when your sleep patterns are disrupted and help make a diagnosis as appropriate. This test can help your doctor to find out weather you have a sleep disorder and how severe it is. 

It includes following :
A.Polysomnography with video & EEG recording
B.Limited channel sleep study
C.Auto-CPAP titration

4) Medical Thoracoscopy:
Medical thoracoscopy (Also called “Pleuroscopy”) is a procedure to examine inside of the chest with the help of a semi-rigid instrument with camera at the tip. It is considerably less invasive and less expensive than surgical thoracoscopy.

The procedures which can be performed are: :-
A. Diagnostic pleural biopsy
B. Deloculation and adhesinolysis
C. Pleurodesis

5)Skin Allergen testing and Allergen avoidance counseling:
A. Standard panel
B. Fungal panel
